Hi! my name is Rachel, but most people call me Rach. I’ve been on a health journey for 6 years. In the middle of that journey, I realized my allergies to gluten, dairy, and soy. My diet was forced to dramatically change. This put me on a mission to create unique recipes for a limited diet. I am a firm believer that nourishing food can also be delicious. My health journey helped me realize my love for working out. I am in a long-term relationship with the gym. Exercise is truly my therapy. Currently, I am thriving in my quarter life crisis. Traveling is one of the ways I’ve been coping (lol mom it could be way worse, okay). I am on a quest to see as much of this beautiful world as I can. Let me know if you want to be travel buddies! Making new friends is one of my all-time favorite activities. I love  people and deep belly laughs. On any given day you can find me in a local coffee shop with a cup of black coffee in my hand. You will probably hear me before you see me (I am usually the loudest person in any room). Life is a big, messy, and beautiful journey.
