Anyone else live a life constantly on the run?! Some days it hard to find time to brush my hair much less meal prep. My never ending “to-do” list can make choosing healthy options a challenge. Before you know it those good intentions of eating clean are replaced by the convenient Chick-Fil-A drive-thru. Overnight oats have quickly become my favorite go-to. I am high key obsessed with this recipe! They simplify everything by being an easy and quick breakfast or snack option. I love using this recipe as a base and mixing it up with other mix ins. The possibilities are endless!

Recipe Notes

You can modify the size of this recipe. It is just an equal ratio of oats to milk. I love adding a teaspoon of almond butter, PB2, unsweetened coconut, slivered almonds, chai seeds, or fresh fruit.

Overnight oats are SO easy to make!  Being busy is not an excuse for eating unhealthy foods. Overnight oats are a healthy and satisfying alternative to a drive-thru breakfast or snack. There are tons of great recipes out there! One of my favorites comes from Tone It Up.
